I help midlife women to rebuild their energy, feel strong and clear-headed and take back control of their bodies and minds.
Using yoga, Pilates, strength training, practical nutrition and mindset coaching, I offer simple, realistic routines that fit in to busy lives without adding to the mental load.
My work focuses on Perimenopause and menopause, ADHD, and burnout recovery.


HOME STUDIO
Small group 1 hour classes with no more than 5 participants. Mondays and Tuesdays at 6pm. Pay as you go £10 per session.10 session pass £85.
Join me in my home for a yoga class tailored to a small group of learners. We focus on breath and gentle movement to start, and then work together towards a deeper understanding of asanas and pranayama (poses and breathing). 1 hour class.
Go With The Flow
Group classes at Bodywise Gym in Warnham - suitable for all abilities. A dynamic mix of vinyasa styles to build strength and improve wellbeing
75 minute class.

Sam is encouraging and she challenges us but the classes are small enough that you feel confident to ask questions while you go along. This has really helped improve my practice. Exercise used to be something I had to force myself to do but these classes, I really look forward to. Sam has me trying new things and wanting to learn and get better.
